"We celebrated my son’s birthday at The Hidden Hour, and the overall experience was fun and memorable. The escape room games were exciting and age-appropriate, and the kids had a fantastic time. The venue is clean, safe, and well-managed — perfect for kids’ parties. Coordination with the food vendor (Burger Desire) was smooth, the food arrived on time, and everything was neatly served. The staff at Hidden Hour were polite and professional during the event, ensuring the activities went on smoothly. However, what disappointed me was a sudden change in price at the time of final booking. The pricing had already been shared with me in writing during my initial enquiry, but they still increased it when I called to confirm. Even though the difference wasn’t huge, it’s a matter of principle. Pricing shared in writing should be honored, especially when it’s discussed in advance. Rating: 4/5 – Fun and well-executed party, but transparency in pricing needs serious improvement."
